What we collect from quote forms and visits — and what stays off the table.

Who runs this site
This site is operated by P4 One LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, under the brand P4 One Digital™. Throughout this policy "we," "our," and "us" refer to that operating team.
What we collect
Quote forms and project inquiries
When you submit a quote form or project inquiry, the form may collect:
- Name — so we know who to address.
- Email address — required to reply.
- Phone number — optional, used only if you ask for a call.
- Company name — helps with scoping context.
- Project details — anything you choose to share about scope, timeline, or goals.
Form submissions are delivered to our team through Netlify Forms. We use the information only to respond to your inquiry, scope work, and keep a record of the engagement.
Analytics — every visitor
- Standard Google Analytics 4 data — pageviews, country, browser, referrer, device type, and aggregated session behavior. No personal identifiers are sent from us to GA4.
Server logs
- Standard hosting logs from Netlify — IP address, timestamp, user agent, requested URL. These exist for security, abuse prevention, and uptime monitoring.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We don't run retargeting, behavioral advertising pixels, or third-party ad networks on this site.
- We don't email you unless you submitted a form or you're an active client.
- We don't share quote-form details with anyone outside the named processors below.
Third parties we use
- Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) — hosts this site and delivers form submissions to our team. Subject to Netlify's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — pageview analytics. You can block GA via your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) — used to process payment for any future paid products or retainers offered through this site. Card data is handled by Stripe directly; we never see or store card numbers.
Cookies
Google Analytics 4 sets standard analytics cookies. You can block these via your browser settings. We do not set marketing or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete any personal data you've shared (quote-form submissions, client correspondence, billing records held outside of Stripe). Reach the team via p4one.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe — typically a few business days.
Accessibility reports — informational only
If you've engaged the team for a manual WCAG / accessibility review, the report we deliver is an informational accessibility report. Legal compliance certifications are not issued under this brand. Protected health information, financial data, and other sensitive personal data are not processed on your behalf as part of that review unless that has been scoped in writing.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Updates
If we change this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top will move. Material changes that affect active clients will be communicated by email.
